Manni happy tail

AN22: SS; 1/1600, f stop; f/5.6, Focal; 400mm, ISO; 640

I absolutely love horses, when I was young I was always drawing them so to be able to take some photos of my friend’s horses was a real pleasure. This gentle chap was really obliging with a few good shots but this is my favourite. It shows that small details, such as the tail swishing, really adds depth to the composition.  Cropped to place him to the side again helps with the composition and feel of the picture. Do have a look at the Animal page where I have added a picture of Polo, who was quite a poser and also some funny chickens called Cagney and Lacey! Never thought I would be taking pictures of chickens but they were really quite delightful!
